Our Service Guarantee
We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Better Skin Aesthetics. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed.
Refunds
All services and products are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a different service free of charge.
For any exchange request kindly email our office at support@betterskinaesthetics.com and we will get back to you within 5 business days.
Right to Refuse Service
Better Skin Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behaviour to any member of our staff.
Return Policy
In some cases you can return retail products you purchased within 7 days of original purchase. No cash value is given and an in clinic credit will be issued. At the end of the membership period and if not renewed, no additional treatments will be done or additional products will be given such as refills.
24 Hour Cancellation Policy
In the event that you need to cancel or change any service appointments, we respectfully request advanced notice. If you forget OR cancel after 6pm a day prior to your appointment, this will result in a deduction from your membership as treatment will be considered utilised. This is to ensure fairness and that slots are available for those who really need it.
No Show
In order to respect our time, if an appointment is no showed you may be subject to the total amount due for services, Treatment from the package will be calculated as done and will be deducted from the total number of treatments in the treatment package that was purchased. not be able to schedule a new reservation free of charge.
Late
Please be courteous to your Therapist and other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your appointment.
Opening Hours
We are open to serve you from Monday to Sunday, 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Appointment slots will be available for booking accordingly.
